National Giving

Caregivers Action Network

The Caregiver Action Network (CAN) holds a special place in my heart, honoring my parents and the incredible love and care they shared. My mom was a devoted caregiver for many years, supporting my stepfather after his diagnosis with Parkinson’s. The way she cared for him taught me the true meaning of love. Though my stepfather passed away in 2022, he was surrounded by unwavering care, thanks to my mom’s dedication. CAN is the nation’s leading organization for family caregivers, working to improve the quality of life for over 90 million Americans who care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, disease, or the challenges of aging.
